The Ultimate Taco Dinner
I love Taco Tuesdays. My Men get a great meal with not a lot of fuss on my part. And hardly any dishes. And most of all its fun.
You can fit a lot of nutrition in a taco. Another great thing to do with this mix is just wrap all ingredients in a lettuce leaf. These even make great appetizers if you cut the leaves small.
Vegetarian? No problem! Try this spice recipe with black beans instead.
Tip: I like to put my toppings on the table in pyrex glass containers so that if there is leftover just put the lid on and throw in the fridge.
